Once we have made our assessment and built a case for you we move onto the next stage ” Making a claim”.

In many cases this will be seamless as you have already given us the authority to proceed in the terms & conditions. Our experts will now put your case to the company or companies involved and ask them to remove the errors on your file. We will also request compensation as appropriate.

Through our specialised process, we have taken on companies which have placed an error on clients’ credit reports and have won many of the cases we have taken on thus far without the need for court action. We will  be able to apply this same formula to your claim and get you the justice and compensation you deserve.

In some cases it is necessary to take court action against  companies in order to get them to respond and deal with the issue. If this is the case we will guide you through the process and deal with the courts on your behalf. In order to do this we use the support of a number of Law firm partners who specialise in claims litigation. Please note we will not take legal action without your authority.
